Bonchon, a Korean fried-chicken chain with a cult following, opened in Chinatown this weekend. Even though we have great wings from Chicago favorites like Crisp or Del Seoul, there is much to look forward to with Bonchon's arrival. We arrived to a 60 minute wait that ended in the best soy garlic and spicy chicken wings of my life.
