If you’re looking for exercise ideas to try during self-isolation, read on for 4 trainers that you can add to your schedule and get your daily dose of endorphins. They all have different approaches to movement and fitness, so they’re great to cycle between and not get bored in the house! For some extra workout motivation, I’ve linked 9 of the comfiest and cutest matching sports bra and legging sets to wear for your at-home workouts here.

PAMELA REIF

Pamela Reif trains your abs, booty, arms, back, and core in new routines every week. Most of her workouts can be done on a mat with little to no equipment. She talks you through all of her exercise and gives you tips on how to do them correctly, what’s important to focus on, and how to train effectively. They are a bit more intense when you first start as she doesn’t allow you to rest between sets, but they are crazy-effective if you push yourself all the way through! Also a bonus, the workouts are usually pretty neighbor-friendly as well so your downstairs neighbors won’t be complaining about all the loud noises coming from your apartment as you get moving.

MELISSA WOOD HEALTH

The MWH method slows down your movements and forces you to focus on your breath and really center yourself in her flows. She uses a series of slow, controlled, low-impact movements that combine yoga and pilates to sculpt long lean lines throughout your body. As you all know, I am obsessed with her workouts and really believe in the impact that they have on your mind and body! After following her workout schedule for a couple of weeks, I can see a definite improvement and positive change in the definition on my body and how I approach fitness and wellness.

DANNY SALTOS

Danny Saltos specializes in corrective exercise, weight loss, and behavioral changing tools and techniques. Train With Danny at home workouts focus on circuits that get your heart rate up and your body moving the entire time. He never stops encouraging you throughout the entire workout, and I’ve found his positivity to be really encouraging as the strength-training movements get challenging. Some of his workouts even incorporate household items you have laying around the house to use as weights as he’ll remind you that you have no excuses!

SAMI CLARKE

Sami Clarke’s workouts focus on sculpting a health, lean-body lifestyle. She reminds you to compete against who you were yesterday and shares quick, but effective home workouts to sculpt and tone. She encourages you to stay positive, and get settled into our routines, while focusing on abs and gluts. I love how she incorporates smaller weights to really tone the body, and I find it really easy to get into the movements since she always keeps it interesting! I’ve linked my favorite ab workout of hers below - it really gets me sweating and feeling great for the rest of my day.
