Inside Entente, Lakeview's newest fine-dining option, you are greeted with an inventive menu served with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Entente is the brainchild of the team at Fujimura Hospitality and Chef Brian Fisher, formerly of the Michelin-starred Schwa. The rooms are minimally decorated with abstract art on top of exposed brick, and the back room has an entertaining view of the chefs doing prep work in the kitchen. The food is playful, serving a regularly changing a la carte menu of charcuterie, house-made breads, game meats, fowl and seafood, as well as a tasting menu of classic and imaginative dishes.
