Wasabi Ramen
Wasabi in Logan Square has finally expanded to a new location to focus on its beloved creation, the best ramen in Chicago. The original location just down the block has now been rebranded as "Wasabi Sushi and Robata Grill" to focus on its evolving sushi and kitchen menu. The new location next door still serves the same amazing ramen we've come to expect from Wasabi along with updated small plates.
Don't worry, the amazing Pork Belly Buns filled with braised Berkshire pork belly, organic romaine, sesame mayo, and scallions still remain on the menu to hold you over until your ramen arrives.
The most popular ramens are the Tonkotsu Ramen, full of egg noodles, rich pork broth, Berkshire pork belly, soft boiled egg, marinated bamboo shoot, scallion, sesame, black wood ear mushroom, and garlic oil; and the Spicy Roasted Garlic Miso Ramen composed of egg noodles, rich pork broth, Berkshire pork belly, soft boiled egg, marinated bamboo shoot, bean sprouts, sesame, scallion, roasted garlic, garlic chips, chili pepper, and sesame oil. The Tonkotsu Broth of the ramen is incredibly rich and creamy, made with Berkshire pork bones and takes up to 45 hours of special attention before diners are able to enjoy it.
